What has SMARTER4EU delivered to advance Green Homes & Green Mortgages

A short summary of key impacts of the SMARTER4EU project include:

 

  • Energy Savings of 1.94 (primary) and .95 (final) GWh/year.

  • €3.95 billion of new green residential projects were registered to be certified during the project.

  • The network of Implementing Partners expanded through SMARTER4EU have certified or are inthe process of certifying €358.4 billion of green residential project value.

  • €597.7 million of total investment including €12 million in sustainable energy was triggered by SMARTER4EU

  • 830 persons received training in Green Mortgage / Green Finance / Green Residential courses.

  • 182 full time equivalent green jobs were created.
